Walk-In and Appointment Hours
Monday through Thursday except Holidays:
- Walk-in: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. with the last walk-in sign in at 11:30 a.m. to accommodate sufficient time to process requests.
- Appointments only: 2:00–5:00 p.m.
Every other Friday except Holidays:
- By appointment only: 8:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m.
Important Friday Information
Since city hall is closed on Fridays to the general public, appointments are limited to Building Division services only. Other city divisions will not be available and may be required to fully process or answer your inquiry.
- Payments: Any applicable payments must be made through our online web portal. Please note there is a payment cap of $10,000 for credit card payments.
- Arrival: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
- Check-In: Staff will meet applicants at the city hall west entrance doors next to the parking structure.
- If you do not see staff upon arrival, please use the red phone located on the wall to the right of the door to notify that you have an appointment with the Building Division.
- During this time, we will be able to issue permits. Friday appointments are not for requesting inspections or plan checks.

To avoid any conflict of calendar please make sure to choose Building Division if you intend to see Building Permit Counter or choose Planning Division if you intend to contact the Planning Counter.
