Swim Lessons
Online Registration Opens Tuesday, May 12, 2026!
The City of Monterey Park offers swim lessons for a wide range of ages and skill levels. Swim Lessons will be held at George Elder Park Pool. Swimmer prerequisites must be met in order to advance to upper-level classes.

Morning Lap Swim
For the fitness conscious looking for a great low-impact workout, Morning Lap Swim is available at George Elder Park Pool. Lap Swim lanes will be available on a first-come, first-served basis with no registration required. Locker rooms are available for changing, showering, and restroom use.
Morning Lap Swim hours are:
Monday - Friday 6:00-8:00 a.m.
Saturday & Sunday 6:00-10:00 a.m.
Fees
The City of Monterey Park accepts cash, checks, and credit cards as forms of payment. Please make checks payable to the City of Monterey Park. Payment is accepted at the pool.
*All Monthly Passes expire on the last day of the month.

Children - $2.50 per swim
Adults - $3.50 per swim
Youth Pass (20 swims) - $39.90
Adult Pass (20 swims) - $59.25
