Applicants must pick-up an original transportation permit application (PDF) from the Engineering Division Counter, located on the 1st floor of City Hall.
Fees
Permit Fee
The permit fee is $16.00 per each over-sized, overweight, and overloaded vehicle per Single Trip and $92.00 per Annual Trip. Special service fee may apply.
Insurance
There is a minimum of $2,000,000 liability and $500,000 property together with Worker's Compensation is needed. The city must be named as additional insured.
