Are you applying to college or university and unsure where to begin? Join the Youth Center at Chinatown Service Center for valuable guidance on the college application process, writing your college essay, and understanding financial aid. To register, please call Adult/Teen Services. Lunch for participants will be provided by the Friends of the Monterey Park Library. This program is for teens aged 14-18.
