Celebrate Hello Kitty by painting a coin purse and meeting other fans. This event is for Adults only. Supplies are limited an available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Children 

Hello Kitty Scavenger Hunt at the Children’s Desk
Explore the children’s department searching for Hello Kitty and her friends to uncover one of Hello Kitty’s favorite quotes! Grab the scavenger hunt at the Children’s Desk. 

Hello Kitty & Friends Headbands at 2 p.m. in the Storytime Room
Celebrate Hello Kitty’s Birthday by making your own Hello Kitty and Friends headband.

Share Your Hello Kitty Memories at the Reference Desk
Stop by the Reference Desk to post your favorite memories of Hello Kitty with other fans.  

Teens

Hello Kitty DIY BFF Picture Frame at 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Friends Room
Decorate a picture frame featuring Hello Kitty and Friends to keep or give to your best friend! This event is for teens 12-18 years only. Supplies are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

All Ages

Hello Kitty’s Kawaii 50th Birthday Bash at 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the Friends Room and the Storytime Room
Celebrate Hello Kitty with a special meet and greet with the birthday girl, games and a chance to win a super cute prize! The Kawaii Kitty Art Contest winners will also be revealed in the Friends Room.
