A community meeting will be held to provide an update on Celadon, an entitled mixed-use project located at 114 E. Garvey Ave in Monterey Park, at the southeast corner of W. Garvey Ave. and S. Garfield Ave.
The presentation will include proposed changes to the previously approved project, including updates to the site layout, mix of uses, and architectural design. There will also be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and share feedback.
The project team—including the developer, architect, builders, and other project consultants—will be in attendance to present the updates and engage in an open discussion with the community.
