A community meeting will be held to share information about PARK CITY, a proposed mixed-use development located at 122 W. Garvey Avenue in Monterey Park.
During the meeting, the project team will present updated information for community members who may have missed earlier meetings. The presentation will cover the site plan, residential unit mix, parking plan, and overall project design. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and share feedback regarding the proposed development.
The project owners, VTBS Architects, and project consultants will be present to provide an overview of the proposal and address community questions.
