There are approximately 45 city-approved street trees lining the streets of Monterey Park. You can now identify the tree on the easement in front of your home or business owned and maintained by the city's Street Tree Division. Species are subject to change at any time. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the type of city tree currently being used or if you have a problem with your city tree, please call Street Tree Maintenance at 626-307-1292. Be prepared to tell us the exact location of your tree (i.e, front of house, beside street sweeping sign on easement).
